Well, 1 1/8 sleeve short, neck ribbing and weaving in all those ends. There is no reason that this shouldn't be done, other than my laziness, combined with last weekends bout with a migraine and this week general crumminess. I was also on the internet way too much!! Despite the lack of medal, I'm glad that I participated (dd did well!) and that this sweater is almost finished. I've enjoyed watching the Olympics and knitting, although I'll be glad to get back to a regular schedule. My workouts have suffered greatly due to my strange compulsion to watch all three hours of the Today Show in order to absorb all I could of the Olympic experience.

So, tomorrow, it's back to exercising and limiting chocolate and other hip-expanding goodies!! Posted by Picasa

All done, with 2 hours to spare!! We're quite proud of our Gold Medal winner! It even fits! Now, if only Mom could/would keep up! Posted by Picasa

2 days worth of progress!! Steph's is going well and I'm quite pleased with mine. We've been somewhat lazy today. The athletes don't go at it everyday, all day, so we are taking it a bit easy today. I'm planning on zooming this evening while watching the alpine skiers risk life and limb for the glory of a gold medal and the awesome adrenaline rush they must get!! Posted by Picasa

Day 1 progress of my (Dawn's) Olympic project. So far, so good! The Opening Ceremonies were okay. The biggest highlight for us was the skier made from dancers. That was amazing!! I'm looking forward to today's games. Posted by Picasa

The "something special for someone special" is now in the hands of my dad. It's a gift for his *****day, although he's not acknowledging his *****day this year, so it's an "I love you" gift! It's made with Debbie Bliss Alpaca Silk and was just a joy to create! Posted by Picasa
