Baby A didn't get to come home on Tuesday, looking at Friday now. She's 4 lb, 4 oz and getting chubby cheeks!

Spent the afternoon learning how to can beef. It's much simpler than I had anticipated. I've got plenty that needs to be dealt with before our next beef goes to the butcher. I'm hoping to get some chicken canned, as well, and that will help with food preparation for the coming winter.

Hubby got called away on another overnight load tonight, so I'm on my own. I'm hoping to get some knitting done and maybe do some scrapbooking. Or, I could go run the errands that I didn't get run. We'll see!
