The headache has finally broken. I slept away the entire afternoon and woke up feeling much better. We went out for a walk this evening to see the progress on the hog building and the sky was so pretty. It's an absolutely beautiful evening, but the storms are supposed to be rolling in later tonight. The whole week looks stormy.

I've been struggling with a feeling of discontentment. Not discontentment with my life, I love my life, but with what I see happening in the Christian community. There is such a dryness. People are living like the world or they are taking on spiritual disciplines that rely on themselves and feelings and experience rather than on the simplicity of Jesus Christ and His Word. It's saddening to me.
